In the unfortunate event you receive a damaged flower or incomplete product of what you purchased, do not hesitate on contacting us to resolve the issue. We understand for some reason or another along the way many things could happen and it is one of our top priorities to have 100% customer satisfaction no matter the circumstances. In the unlikely event this happens to you, contact us, within 24 hours of delivery arrival, with pictures, box labels, delivery number, and a description of what is wrong. We will respond as soon as possible with all possible resolutions to your problem. After you have contacted us inside the time frame, we will give you a credit for your purchase valid for three months. As no refunds will be issued we strongly advice to make your orders with 2 or 3 days before your event or especial occasion.
Free shipping is included within the continental U.S. When ordering from Hawaii or Alaska there is a $10 shipping fee per box. If a delivery is desired for a Saturday, a $15 fee per box will apply. When placing an order keep in mind it will take approximately 3-5 business days to deliver. For special requests or faster shipping, please contact us and we will try to work something out. Please note all deliveries are from Tuesday to Fridays from 9 AM to 6 PM as we depend on FedEx times to deliver. Flowers will arrive in a closed state and will take 2 or 3 days to open up to its perfect shape and form; we do this for you to have full experience the flowers have to offer. We advice to have someone present when flowers delivered to be able to treat the flowers properly as soon as possible and avoid any problems with the impact of climate change on the flowers.
Any cancellations or changes to the order need to be placed until 5 business days prior to delivery date. With special orders and request, changes or cancelations need to be made until 10 business days prior to delivery date. In our peak months (February, May) changes and/or cancelations need to be place 7 business days prior to delivery date
